These include a one on one 45 minute workout with a combination of Weight training
I train all muscle groups on separate days. Weight training is an excellent way of burning calories and becoming stronger. It is ideal for women to help strengthen bones and muscles. Combining muscles in a workout can burn more calories. You will have a greater knowledge of all things weight training as I teach each client the correct way to perform the exercise and educate them on each individual exercise.
Can also help reduce stress and minimise risk of injury.
