Hi, my name is Geraldine Helbert and I am privileged to work with my passion for Health & Well-being of mind and body with individuals and groups delivering a Bespoke Mindfulness & Life Skills Programme.
Currently and for the last number of years, I facilitate Special Needs groups, Public/Private groups and individuals in the West, North West, Midland and South offering:

My training in the combined sciences of Psychology and Kinesiology facilitate the effective change of "Limiting Beliefs" that hold individuals back from achieving their full potential.
In the non-judgemental and safe one to one sessions the “Limiting Beliefs” are successfully addressed in the areas of;
- Personal power
- Core beliefs
This skill set complements the full Bespoke Programme with supportive corrective intervention to deal with the root causes of trauma/crisis.
I am committed to empowering groups and individuals to better Health and Well-being through sharing the proven practices and principles of Mindfulness and Life Skills that has already benefited many participants. I have journeyed through Engineering and Management in private industry and recognised the need in society for this comprehensive Bespoke Programme.
