  • Diploma in Mindfulness Teacher Training with Positive Psychology (Irish Mindfulness Academy)
  • Over 20 years experience working in the field of disabilities
  • Postgrad Dip in Management & Leadership in the Community and Public Sector (NUI)
  • Mother to 3 sons

Mindfulness has become who I am. I am more focused and no longer pride myself on the ability to multi-task.

Moreover, I have developed a sense of diligence and oneness in each task I do as a solitary task, one that is purposeful not mundane.
