    Madeline has been working within the fitness and holistic therapy industry for a number of years, encouraging a healthy, fit and stress free lifestyle along with some time out to relax and treat yourself in a stress free environment.

    Madeline is passionate about holistic therapy and fitness for the overall mind and body and offers treatments to pamper your every need in a relaxed and comfortable surrounding.

    At Swift Therapy we offer specialised massage and reflexology to care for women before during and after their pregnancy - baby massage classes are also run throughout the year as a 5 week course.

    Fitness classes are ran during the winter months.
