Hi! Welcome to Property Maintenance West Cork. We are your one stop shop for all your property maintenance needs, we cover all the areas of west Cork which include, Kinsale, Bandon, Dunmanway, Skibbereen, Baltimore, Schull, Durrus, Bantry and also Cork city.

We offer a wide range of property management services from the roof to the septic tank, carpentry, masonry, digger work, unblocking drains, window cleaning, key holder service with all year round property checks.

Here at Property Maintenance West Cork, we pride ourselves on providing a high quality service for all of our clients and giving them high-spec results at all times. We are a friendly and local service and all our services are reasonably priced.

It can cause leaking into your attic, creating problems and damaging your masonry, pointing or brickwork. If you do not attend to this problem by getting it repaired or replaced it is going to cause major issues in the future, which in turn leads to more expense, keeping all of this in mind you have found the right company to talk to.

Gutter cleaning - Gutter cleaning is best done at least twice a year, within the spring and fall, to create beyond any doubt they are clear of impediments, we evacuate flotsam and jetsam by hand or with a gutter scoop, and after that we grant them a plant hose flush.

Masonry - Masonry is a service that we provide using stones, brick, concrete blocks and paving slabs layed together using mortar, some types of stone can also be layed without mortar, this is called dry stone. We can do all your Stone, brick, block and paving.

Carpentry - We will carry out all carpentry projects both large and small, from hanging doors and laying floors, right up to making cabinets and all carpentry works in between for the inside and outside of your home. Our aim is to successfully deliver to you a project which meets with your needs and satisfaction, and we will work closely with you to meet all of your specific project requirements.

Fencing - We will offer you a solution to your fencing ideas and provide you with a quality service and value, as we are committed from the very first consultation right through to providing you with your fencing completed.

Key holder service - A key holder service for property maintenance provides security and management for properties, particularly when the owner or manager is not readily available. This service involves a trusted third-party holding keys and responding to various situations like alarm activations, property checks, and facilitating access for tradesmen. It offers peace of mind by ensuring someone is available to address issues promptly, even in the absence of the owner, and can be crucial for vacant properties or during extended absences.
