Health & Fitness has always played a big part in my life, from a young age, I played lots of sports, soccer, Gaelic, cross country and basketball. Playing these sports always helped me to eat healthier, and always try to improve my fitness every day.
My first time in a gym was 2010, and I started to love it, lifting weights, joining in on classes, going to the gym everyday setting myself goals, I always liked helping people out, when I was doing a workout in the gym, showing them how to do an exercise or how to use the gym equipment. In 2014 I decided I wanted to work in a gym, to be a Trainer, help clients out to eat healthier and to reach there goals. I became a qualified Trainer in 2015, over the last 6 years, I have been working in different gyms, getting loads of experience, training clients, doing classes. In 2019 I decided I wanted to open my own studio, NT FITNESS, Personal Training clients to reach there goals, there transformations, it has been the best year ever, this year I always wanted to go online to reach people worldwide to help them to reach there transformations.
I will help clients who have joined a gym, don't know what they are doing, need help, I will gave you a program 2-3 times a week, weekly ins, photos, check in every 2 days, by email, Facebook and Instagram with 24hr support. Also for clients who don't want to go to a gym and want to workout at home, I will do home workouts, program 2-3 times a week, weekly weigh ins, photos, check in every 2 days by email, facebook and Instagram with 24hr support.
