string(1961) "Dustless Blasting information as follows:
Dustless Blasting is a paint stripping and cleaning system, it is used to remove virtually any coating from any type of surface, without creating a huge amount of dust. Dustless Blasting will completely remove all the old coating, leaving a clean, like-new surface. Dustless sandblasting can even be used to texture and etch hard surfaces.
The Dustless Blaster works by mixing water and abrasive inside the blast tank. By introducing water, we’re drastically increasing mass and energy the machine is putting out, while suppressing dust, so you will not have to worry about a big mess when working with dustless blasters. we will combine the abrasive with water, leaving no dust. Dustless blasting is very like power washing. So you don't need to worry about ventilation.
Sandblasting Information
Sandblasting will effectively remove paint, rust, residue and oxidation from materials quickly and efficiently. Sandblasting could also be used for changing the condition of a metal's surface, such as through removing scratches or casting marks. Sandblasting is a fantastic cleaning method and has been used for many years.
Sandblasting is the act of propelling very fine particles of an abrasive material at high velocity toward a surface in order to clean or etch it. Sandblasting is often used as a way to prepare a surface prior to painting. It is commonly used to strip paint from machinery and metal, but it has many other uses as well.

string(1865) "Priming after the blasting process
All objects that are prepared must be primed within 24-hours of the time after blast cleaning was initiated. All objects blast cleaned during the work shift must be primed within that same work shift. Prepared objects not protected within the same work shift will have to be re-blast cleaned prior to coating. We use 2 part epoxy primer zinc based, this gives good protection against rust and also a great surface for the paint to adhere too.
Painting after sandblasting
The object must be thoroughly cleaned to remove all traces of dirt and grease as well as residual traces of sand that will interfere with the paint. standard that coating takes place no more than 4 hours after completing the blasting process. But time only plays a part in that. The surface and environmental conditions should also be considered. How quickly your paint dries if the conditions for coating are not adequate. We offer top coat of 2 part paint with colour of our customers choice.
The sealing process after blasting
The best way to seal an object after sandblasting is to apply a coating to the surface and seal it up. If you’re done doing metal work and are ready to paint or do body filler you can first seal the metal up with a good primer or what we use is a UV and moisture resistant stone and wood sealer.
