Hi! My name is Omar Malik, I am the owner of Invictus Fitness and a qualified personal trainer/ fitness, nutrition coach. My aim is to provide people from all over the world with the tools to get into a better condition. I plan to do this by educating them with correct nutritional advice & training plans. I am extremely passionate about what I do and aim to bring a personal touch to online coaching by communicating with my clients through WhatsApp and other platforms, aswel as working with them personally inside the gym if they choose.

I believe that for the best results Personal Training should provide diverse, enjoyable and challenging programs specific to each individuals needs which delivers results and motivates you. Whatever your fitness level and goals, I will work with you to ensure you push yourself to achieve results and feel great. I always provide a complete client service to suit your needs both within the gym and at home to help facilitate a healthy lifestyle.

I specialise in the following online coaching:

★ Muscle definition and losing body fat - If you can sustain a lifting program and eat a caloric deficit, your body will be able to pull from its fat stores to both fuel itself and potentially build muscle mass and also lose body fat. Prioritizing foods rich in protein is a key component to both losing body fat and building muscle at the same time.

★ High intensity training - Explosive strength requires a combination of strength training, speed training, and power training. When you are adept at all three, you can maximize your explosiveness, and you will be much stronger as a result of doing these steps.

★ Nutritional guidance -  The goal of nutritional guidance is to communicate dietary advice to the individual in the supermarket by helping them to identify healthy, nutrient-rich food. I will put a plan together for you that is perfect for your needs, whether you want to put on weight by gaining muscle mass or losing weight to tone up, I have plans to suit everyone.

★ Strength and conditioning - Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. We will work on all these skills to help you get into tip top shape.

★ Weight loss - Being overweight means that your heart has to work harder to pump blood around your body. This extra pressure can cause wear and tear on your heart and blood-vessel system. Many people who are overweight for a long time develop high blood pressure or diabetes, which are both risk factors for heart disease and stroke. I will help you lose the weight by giving you a nutrition and fitness plan suitable for your needs, so not only will you be healthier, you will also look great and fit into clothes that you thought you never would again.
