Based in Tipperary, People First Safety Training offers Forklift Training, Manual Handling, MEWP's, Working at Height and Abrasive Wheel in Munster and throughout Ireland.

People First Safety Training is a professional training company, providing training to all business sectors including industrial, manufacturing and retail.

Training Terms and conditions

Online courses:

All online courses will run on weekdays starting at 9:00 12:00 and 15:00. Provisions can be made for alternate time upon request. Attendees are required to log into the links provided for the relevant training course 10 minutes before the start for brief check in with the instructor. There will be a cut off point 10 minutes after the course has started for late arrivals after that time session will be closed from anyone late trying to log in. Payment for the course will be paid on the website before course. Alternative payment options are available upon request.

The following are mandatory to receive full certificate's from online courses.

  • Photo ID and email address must be sent on the day
  • Answer questions related to the course in the format of survey - microsoft forms sheet which will be emailed or sent via text.
  • Name must be included on the survey - microsoft forms sheet
  • a video by your self or colleague recording you doing the practical aspect of the course and participant must be visible and recognisable blurry videos will not be allowed .

 

 


 

Cancellation Terms:

“Where no account is held, a booking deposit is required and the place is not secure until full payment is made, at least 2 working days prior to the course. Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Should a learner fail to pass a course assessment they are not entitled to a refund in respect of the monies paid for the course and/or your account will be charged in full.

In the event that you fail to attend your course with People First Safety Training or a candidate which you represent fails to attend their course you are not entitled to a refund in respect of the monies paid for the course, save in the event that adequate notice of cancellation is provided as per the following paragraph”

 

“Your time to cancel a course starts from the date of the booking of your course with People First Safety Training. In the event you cancel your course or a candidate which you represent cancels their course with People First Safety Training without giving five (5) working days (Monday to Friday not including the day you contact People First Safety Training, including all account holding companies) notice you are not entitled to a refund in respect of the monies paid for the course and/or your account will be charged in full”

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the course start time to allow for registration, tea and coffee.

For all online courses please log in 10 minutes before course starts and access to the course will be restricted 10 minutes after the course has started.

In accordance with all courses must start at the specified start time, late arrivals will be refused entry.

For all other courses learners who arrive more than 15 minutes late to a course will be refused entry.
