Grow Training is a small local training service that provides life skill training. originally from The Northside of Dublin with a back round is mostly in health care where our trainer started as a health care worker and worked my way up the ladder to Community Supervisor and then to Care Manager . Working in this industry for over 15 years where our trainer had the responsibility for multiple areas in home care from recruitment , training to Home risk assessments and risk assessments for service users. During this period we trained as a trainer for a number of life skills to which we cascaded to carers in the companies we worked within. Our trainer has also free lanced in training for a number of other accredited centres and consultancy services nationwide. This year we decided that my passion was to train all professionals in life skills and opened Grow Training . Grow training is affiliated with accredited training centre and our CFR and FAR training is PHECC approved. We provide the following training: Manual Handling People Moving CFR Paediatric CFR FAR ( First Aid Responder) Slips, Trips & Falls in the workplace Our training is personal for your business and we will have a pre-training appointment before any delivery of course begins to discuss any special requirements.
