    Manual Handling
    The Manual Handling Course is practical and focused and provides learners with the skill, knowledge, and attitude to perform manual handling tasks in a safe manner.

    People Moving
    The Patient Handling Course is a hands on course that provides learners with the knowledge to perform Patient Handling tasks in a safe manner.

    CFR - Cardiac First Responders
    This PHECC CFR Course is a practical course and provides learners with the skills, knowledge and attitude to train other people as CFR (Cardiac First Responders)

    FAR - First Aid Responder
    The FAR (First Aid Responder) course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to be a First Aid Responder.

    Fire Safety Prevention
    On successful completion of this Fire Safety Course, all learners will be trained and able to handle Fire Prevention, Detection and Emergency Procedures.

    Workplace Slips, Trips & Falls
    This course educates you about the most common slip, trip, and fall hazards and why they might develop in your workplace.

    About the Owner - My name is Jenn and I have worked in this industry for over 15 years with a proven track record for excellent care and support. 

    Grow training is fully insured and are affiliated with an accredited training centre and our CFR and FAR training is PHECC approved. 

    Working under the banner of a PHECC Recognised Training Institution ensures that all the training courses offered are regulated, and all Quality Assurance standards are met and we ensure we keep in line with PHECC CPGs (Clinical Practice Guidelines).

    Health Care Industry Workshops

    Available in Dublin and Kildare, our workshops are delivered on your premises and are designed to support the health care industry. The aim of our workshops is to provide hands on peer learning whilst collaborating within your team for best outcomes.

    We use techniques such as intensive group discussion and improvisation in order to explore aspects of the role and combine a new process of delivery.
