My name is Lorraine but everyone calls me Lucy, my nanny always said I look more like a Lucy then a Lorraine when I was small, so it just stuck and that's how the name for my Baking and coffee Shop came about "Lulus Bakes". I opened up my shop a little over a year ago in the Enterprise Centre, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
I am a custom cake designer and started baking about 6 yrs ago for my kids at home in my kitchen, then family and friends started asking me to make and design cakes for them and since then it kinda took a life of it's own. I am a self taught baker and I truly love what I do and take pride in all of my work.
I am a wife and mum to 3 amazing kids, and hope one day they will follow on my love for baking, as It must be in the families Gene's, as my Daddy made my wedding cake and my Grandad made his wedding cake and I recently got to make my Sisters wedding cake as well.

I am HSE registered, and bake with the freshest ingredients I can find and every creation is baked from scratch and I will always try my best to work with you the customer and create something within your budget.
