Parent and Baby Reflexology course runs for a period of 5 weeks 1 hr a week. A very informal class set in a relaxed environment where I cover topics such as Colic, sleeping issues, digestive issues, constipation in babies, teething and much more! I'm passionate about women's health, and the demands placed on women who are so desperately wanting to become Mothers and the heartache it can be for some couples who struggle to Concieve on this Journey. Along with New Mums who after Pregnancy seem to be forgotten about in the sense of they are so busy looking after a newborn, their needs are put to one side. Working mothers who are exhausted, My job is to hold you in your space throughout your treatment, and bring balance back within your body.

So you are beginning your journey into birth and beyond and what an incredible one it is, if not a little over whelming at times. With regular treatments Maternity Reflexology can be used from preconception through to postnatal care, helping an abundance of shifts within the body and creating a connecting, safe environment for both mother and baby. There are some powerful points to help with overdue pregnancies using a mix of Reflexology and acupressure points, there's even a point to aid in turning a breech position (assuming if they want to come out head first!)
Maternity Reflexology is beneficial for some of the following.

Fertility Reflexology has become by far one of my most positive and popular treatments alongside maternity. Many of my women are going through IVF or have polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis.
