Commercial & Family Mediation - Mediation Services Kerry: We provide an affordable, expert service in the area of mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and conflict reduction and resolution. Offering our mediation services to both the commercial business community and separating couples and family mediation.

In 2019 I trained with Gerry O’Sullivan as a Professional Mediator and found that I have a passion for Mediation and in 2020 and completed Separating couples training with the Roundtable in Cork. I am a qualified insurance loss adjuster, pharmacy technician and qualified person., with BA HONS Business and legal, Dip la and Cip.

Our work covers both personal and corporate, public and private. Our highly trained, educated and experienced mediators are able to assist you in quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively resolving conflicts and disputes.

Mediation empowers individuals to escape costly litigation, reduce conflict, avoid the stress and strain of courts and create legally binding agreements to resolve disputes and move forward with confidence.

Mediation is a process whereby a fair, impartial and independent mediator facilitates parties to a dispute in resolving their differences. It is sometimes referred to as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), in reference to providing an alternative to litigation or judicial resolution of disputes. Mediation offers parties a less expensive alternative to court, expediency and greater personal control.

That it is a voluntary process.
That any party or the mediator may leave the process at any time.

Mediation is a process wherein the parties meet with a mutually selected impartial and neutral person who assists them in the negotiation of their differences.

The Mediator leaves the decision power totally and strictly with the parties and does not decide what is "fair" or "right," and does not assess blame nor render an opinion on the merits or chances of success if the case were litigated. The mediator acts as a catalyst between opposing interests attempting to bring them together by defining issues and eliminating obstacles to communication, while moderating and guiding the process to avoid confrontation and ill will between both parties.
