Holistic Kidz - Kids Meditation Portlaoise

Holistic Kidz is based in Portlaoise and I am currently holding courses in Portlaoise and Mountmellick. I began my holistic training about 10 years ago and I am teaching meditation to children for the last 5 years. I am very passionate about my work and feel very grateful to be able to bring mindfulness courses to all children.

I feel it is extremely important for our children to be taught about their energy, mind and body, and also be given the healthy tools to care for themselves.

At Holistic Kids, I empower children with self-care tools, through mindfulness and self compassion, I do this through activities, story telling, discussion, meditation and visualisation.

Our kids are our future parents and we need to educate them on how to deal with big emotions, set healthy boundaries and become present in their lives.
